The Heke, Waiheke Island
Main contractor to develop a large plot of land along ‘the golden mile’ on the Onetangi straight. From initial earthworks to final fit off of this modern, rustic hospitality venue. Phase 2 on the site is in progress - a whisky distillery & craft beer brewery and tasting bar.

Conversion of a former Ponsonby Road retail store to a stunning new restaurant and bar.
Churly’s Rise + Mar & Tierra

Azabu, Mission Bay

Non Solo Pizza + Bar Non Solo
Full inside and out refurbishment of this iconic Parnell restaurant. Also the fit out of its new inner-city sister venue, Bar Non Solo located in what was the deck of Ostro.
Gochu, Commercial Bay
Envoy completed the fit out of this modern Korean bar and restaurant in Commercial Bay.
Hallertau Clevedon
Construction of new buildings and the refurbishment of existing, creating Hallertau’s second destination restaurant and bar.
Ozone Coffee Roasters
Grey Lynn
Fit out of an all-day eatery and on-site coffee roastery in The Scrap Yard development in the heart of Grey Lynn. An industrial styled warehouse converted into a multi-purpose space.
Morningside Tavern
2019 Red Awards: Food & Beverage Winner + Resene Colour & Texture Excellence Winner
The centrepiece of the Morningside Precinct is the Tavern, a large cavernous building with an industrial yet cosy aesthetic - the neighbourhood local.
The Candy Shop
We completed the fit out of this all day eatery - tucked into Osborne Lane in Newmarket. Featuring large exposed concrete bench tops poured in-situ with seven tonnes of concrete.

Joost, Clare and Ray (the team behind Odette's) had an idea in mind for a space in City Works Depot. We helped team them up with an architect to ensure the spacial set-out was optimal for hospitality. The project was ever-changing with owners who were very hands on with the design. It was very satisfying to produce such a beautiful restaurant.
